We are looking for an experienced HubSpot CMS Developer to create world class HubSpot websites.


  • Build websites from supplied designs (Figma, Photoshop, XD)
  • Develop and integrate new features and modules in the HubSpot CMS Hubs of our customers
  • Create and develop templates and modules for new websites, landing pages, blogs and emails
  • Join remote calls with our team and client meetings when required.

About You

  • Excellent front-end development skills with HubSpot CMS Hub
  • Extensive experience with HubL, CSS and JS
  • Expertise in modular development of drag and drop templates for websites, landing pages, blogs and emails
  • HubSpot Certfied
  • Feeling comfortable to work in a 100% remote organisation
  • Primary language English
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated
Content Specialist

Hub Masters is a HubSpot Certified Digital Consultancy based in the UK, serving clients globally.

We work with Tech, SaaS, Health Care, Life Science and Engineering companies with at least 10 employees and more than £7m in annual revenue and whose primary objective is lead generation.

Typically the organisations we work with are frustrated with their current tech stack because it's outdated, difficult to use and is slowing them down. 

Our mission is to help 1000’s companies scale their sales, marketing & customer service operations using HubSpot.

We are now looking for a tech-savvy Content Specialist to develop content strategies that will help connect us with right-fit clients. 

To achieve this we plan to implement an inbound marketing strategy based on the “They Ask, You Answer” framework.

Job Description

As our first dedicated content specialist, you will have an exciting opportunity to help research, develop and execute content strategies that drive traffic and generate leads from our target audience.

You will manage the content creation and publishing process, along with monitoring content metrics within HubSpot.

You will be naturally creative, and love obsessing over detail. You’ll be a results-driven copywriter who will take pride in building relationships and will have the ability to get your voice heard online.

We expect you to be able to bring our brand to life through storytelling and possess excellent knowledge of content trends.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing stand-out content that addresses customer pain points.
  • Creating, adjusting, and managing the editorial calendar.
  • Formulating a cross-platform content strategy.
  • Work with our HubSpot portal to identify high-performing content.
  • Manage content distribution across all platforms including blog, email and social media.


  • Bachelor's degree in literature, journalism, marketing, communications, or similar.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or similar.
  • Examples of published work.
  • Good knowledge of Social Media platforms.
  • An understanding of SEO.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM.

The role is fully remote. We use Slack and Zoom to stay connected across our team.

This position will be part-time to begin until we gain traction (KPIs to be confirmed), but we hope to see this role go full-time within 6-9 months.

Paid hourly at £25 per hour.
